The six starter workflows
1) Document intake and classification. 2) Exception triage from ops queues. 3) Enterprise knowledge search across policies and SOPs. 4) First-draft operational reports. 5) Vendor or internal follow-up drafting. 6) Ticket/request routing with suggested responses.
Each has clear inputs, repeatable structure, and a human owner who can score quality.
How to pick among them
Score volume, pain, data access, and risk. Avoid workflows where no one can define “done” or grant system access within a week.
If RPA already handles a brittle UI path well, do not force an agent into it—use agents where unstructured content and exceptions dominate.
From shortlist to pilot
Lock one success metric, assemble evaluation examples, and design HITL checkpoints. Then run a focused PoC before production integration.
